Mission Statement

Center for Women is a Christ-centered, pro-life pregnancy resource ministry. Our mission is to be the first step for women facing an unplanned pregnancy. We empower them to make life-affirming decisions by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Our History

Founded in 1988, Center for Women is a long-standing member of the Jackson community. We have adapted and changed over the years to better serve those who need us, and it has all lead us to where we are today. Our Staff

Our staff keeps Center for Women running. They run the day-to-day operations and are the individuals in direct contact with those who enter our canter. Without the work of our dedicated staff, we would not be able to serve the men and women that walk through our doors or make such an impact on the community.

A Tale of Two Buildings

We have moved! From 1988 to April of 2021, Center for Women was located at 434 Wildwood Avenue, in a building which served our needs very well. However, we are excited to to have moved into a building that has more than 7,000 square feet, and will allow us to see greater numbers of clients.

From the moment I walked into the Center for Women they made me feel like family! I knew, without a doubt, that I could trust them with whatever I wanted to talk about. I truly feel like I have another family at the Center!

Being a first time father was a little scary. But with the help and support of the amazing staff at Center for Women, I feel confident and prepared for what fatherhood has in store.

My experience at Center for Women has been a blessing, a big help being a single mom. The staff is wonderful!
